When you are sad or depressed, you don’t need to smoke, take alcohol or eat too much, just rest, listen to cool music and dance. Do things that make you happy. Share your problems with older ones or those who are more matured than you. Think deeply about things that makes you happy, think of things that you did alone that made you joyful and if those things are around you, go do them so that you won’t feel sad or depressed. When you do things that makes you happy, it makes it easier for you to achieve your goals. So friends, anytime you feel sad or depressed, rest, listen to cool music and dance, do things that make you happy so that you will become successful.
