On the
process of achieving your goals, there could be some relapse. Do not conclude
that a relapse is a permanent failure. Expect to face some setbacks as you work
toward your goal. Focus on the time when things went right and move ahead.
Focusing on your relapse will only make matters worse. A relapse is not a
permanent failure, it has never been, and it will never be. Relapse could come
in different forms. As you are chasing your goals, do not run away from
relapse, instead face it and tell it to get out no matter the form in which it
comes. Focusing on your relapse will make you anxious, confused and side
tracked. So when relapse come, get rid of it and focus on achieving your Goals
so that you will become successful.
